Job Description

The Quality Assurance Professional will support the QA Manager and play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of Airmark Components’ services. This role involves managing various quality assurance activities, including tool calibration, vendor audits, and employee training programs. The ideal candidate will contribute to ensuring strict compliance with FAA and EASA standards.

Job Requirements

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a quality assurance or quality control role within the MRO industry is preferred. However, candidates with strong potential and a can-do attitude are also encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with FAA and EASA quality requirements is a plus.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Tool Calibration Program Management: Oversee the scheduling, monitoring, and documentation of tool calibrations.
  • Vendor Audit Coordination: Request, maintain, and catalog audits of contracted maintenance vendors to ensure quality standards.
  • Drug Testing Program Administration: Administer the FAA-mandated drug testing program for all relevant employees.
  • Training Program Oversight: Manage and enhance employee training programs to ensure compliance and competence.
  • Compliance Enforcement: Assist in ensuring all operations adhere to FAA/EASA regulations and standards.
