Job Requirements
- Must have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be exceptionally organized and detail-orientated.
- 2+ years of MRO experience in a quality assurance or quality control role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with standard FAA and EASA quality requirements is a plus.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage tool calibration program.
- Request, maintain, and catalog contracted maintenance vendor audits.
- Administer FAA-mandated drug testing program.
- Manage employee training programs.
- Help ensure and enforce FAA/EASA compliance.
