Airmark Components, a renowned FAA-certified jet accessory repair station, is seeking a highly skilled Pneumatic Technician II to join our team. The Pneumatic Technician will specialize in the repair, overhaul, and maintenance of pneumatic components, including valves, starters, air cycle machines, and PDUs. Located near Fort Lauderdale International Airport, this role is essential for ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and service are met, contributing to Airmark’s reputation for MRO excellence.
Job Requirements
2-5+ years of experience working with pneumatic valves, starters, ACMs, or PDUs.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with pneumatic systems.
Solid knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations and aviation standards.
Excellent manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to perform accurate tests and preventative maintenance.
Airframe & Powerplant license or Repairman certificate is a plus but not required.
Strong written, verbal, and reading comprehension skills in English.
Previous aerospace industry experience is preferred.
Technical certification or relevant training in pneumatic systems is a plus
Work Shift: Monday thru Friday: 7:00AM to 3:30PM
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot pneumatic systems and components.
Repair and overhaul pneumatic valves, starters, ACMs, PDUs, and other related accessories.
Perform tests and preventative maintenance on pneumatic systems.
Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA regulations and aviation standards.
Troubleshoot and identify component failures with precision and expertise.
Maintain excellent attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
Work independently and solve complex problems efficiently.
